Saf-T-Pak Product Return Policy

Due to the industrial and food-processing nature of Saf-T-Pak knife scabbards and safety products, all sales are considered final unless an error has occurred on our part.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Buyer remorse

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Products that do not fit a specific knife or application

  • Opened, used, worn, altered, or damaged products

  • Products exposed to food processing, commercial kitchen, industrial, or sanitation environments

  • Bulk, wholesale, or custom orders

  • Product damaged in transit by the carrier.

Because these products are intended for professional food-processing and workplace safety environments, returned items cannot be resold once removed from controlled inventory conditions.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • An incomplete shipment

you must notify Lanco Enterprises, LLC within 3 business days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged shipment:

·         You must contact the carrier you chose at shipment to file a claim.

To process a return claim with Lanco Enterprises, LLC, due to incorrect shipments, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of shipping packaging

  • Description of the issue

If the error is determined to be ours, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Ship the correct item

  • Provide a return shipping label if necessary

Product Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Knife dimensions

  • Blade length compatibility

  • Intended application

  • Workplace requirements

  • Model selection

We strongly encourage customers to contact us prior to ordering if compatibility questions exist.

Refused Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking and handling fees

Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are handled solely in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies. Normal wear, misuse, improper storage, modifications, or commercial abuse are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

Lanco Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Failure to follow workplace safety procedures

  • Loss of productivity

  • Injury, incidental damage, or consequential damages arising from use of any Saf-T-Pak product
