Return Policy for Food Industry Products
1. Eligibility for Return
As an authorized distributor of Saf-T-Pak, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
Due to safety and hygiene standards, certain items, such as food-contact tools or equipment, are not eligible for return once used.
2. Condition of Products
Returned items must be free from damage or contamination.
If a product arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, a replacement or full refund will be issued after inspection. Pictures may suffice for inspection and will be at the discretion of the delivering carrier. We apologize for this inconvenience, but carrier damage and policies are out of our control.
3. Return Process
Customers must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
The RA number must be included on the return package for proper processing.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage, a product defect or an error on the part of Lanco Enterprises, LLC.
Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Refunds or Replacements
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Replacements, if applicable, will be shipped promptly.
6. Exceptions
Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
Food-contact and hygiene-related items may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
